Soft AI Africa is an artificial intelligence education and solutions platform focused on AI literacy, workforce development, training programs, and AI-powered digital services across Africa.

Soft AI Africa is operated by Afra One Digital Ltd.

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services independently.

Users under 18 may only participate with parental or guardian consent.

Our services include but are not limited to:

Online AI lessons and learning programs

Live classroom and hybrid AI training

SoftAgents AI tools and automation services

Workshops, events, mentorship programs

Free and paid educational content

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account.

Soft AI Africa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Some services may be free; others may require payment.

Where applicable:

Fees are clearly stated before payment

Payments may be one-time, pay-as-you-go, or subscription-based

Refunds are subject to the stated refund policy for each program

Soft AI Africa reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Soft AI Africa (including videos, text, curriculum, AI prompts, software, logos, and tools) is the intellectual property of Soft AI Africa, (Afra One Digital Ltd)  unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

Copy, sell, redistribute, or republish content or use our materials for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use our platforms for illegal activities

Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse services

Upload harmful or offensive content

Abuse AI tools for malicious purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

Soft AI Africa provides educational and informational services only.

We do not guarantee:

Employment

Business success

Income generation

Specific outcomes from AI training

Use of our services is at your own discretion.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

These Terms are violated

Fraud or misuse is detected

Required by law

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
